Introduction
Greetings. My name is Melesio Albavera Del Castillo, and I recently became a member of the Latin Rite of the One, Holy, Roman, and Apostolic Church. It concerns me that Holy Mother Church is often maligned as neglecting or even abandoning Sacred Scripture wholesale in favor of traditions presumed to have arisen from accretion or ignorance. Such claims are especially distressing when one considers the rich and integrated understanding of our traditional exegetes, who, by grace, cultivated within themselves the living truth of Christ present throughout all of Scripture. As the swelling forces of the world continue to conspire against the Church, she has deemed it necessary to call forth from among the laity—her largest contingent—those able to bear the responsibility of rigorous study. By her urging I am animated, and hope to similarly inspire others.
However, given that I am a neophyte, the effects of the graces conferred to me at my confirmation are still nascent. As such, it does not suit me to claim a position of authority from which to instruct my peers. Thus, the purpose of this website is to provide something akin to a Substack with the knowledge base of a wiki, furnishing my peers with references and reflections upon which to raise within themselves a dwelling for the Truth. By this exercise I seek a better foundation in the scholastic tradition of our common faith.

SANTCE PAVLVS, ORA PRO NOBIS
That [God] would grant [us]
according to the riches of his glory,
to be strengthened by his Spirit
That Christ may dwell by faith in [our] hearts;
that being rooted and founded in charity,
[we] may be able to comprehend, with all the saints,
the charity of Christ, which surpasseth all knowledge,
that [we] may be filled unto all the fullness of God.

SANTCE HIERONYMVS, ORA PRO NOBIS
O Lord, show Your mercy to me and gladden my heart.
I am like the man on the way to Jericho who was overtaken by robbers, wounded and left for dead.
O Good Samaritan, come to my aid.
I am like the sheep that went astray.
O Good Shepherd, seek me out and bring me home in accord with Your will.
Let me dwell in Your house all the days of my life and praise You for ever
and ever with those who are there.

SANTCE AVGVSTINE, ORA PRO NOBIS
I know not, Lord,
I know not any other such pure words,
which so persuade me to confess,
and make my neck pliant to Thy yoke,
and invite me to serve Thee for nought.
Let me understand them, good Father: grant this to me,
who am placed under them:
because for those placed under them, hast Thou established them.

SANTCE THOMAE AQVINATIS, ORA PRO NOBIS
Creator of all things,
true Source of light and wisdom,
lofty origin of all being,
graciously let a ray of Your brilliance
penetrate into the darkness of my understanding
and take from me the double darkness
in which I have been born,
an obscurity of both sin and ignorance.
